As an integrative psychotherapist, I offer therapy and counselling services using flexible approaches unique to each client. Whether in-person at Brixton, London SW2, or online, I provide a comfortable space and deliver creative mediums to help fully and freely explore clients’ feelings and experiences.
I am a qualified therapist and social worker. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and have over twenty years’ experience working with children, young people and adults. I have experience working with looked after and adopted children, and have worked in a diverse range of settings, including at home, in the community, residential and in schools.
I understand that seeking support from a therapist is a big step, so I am happy to offer a free 30-minute consultation session to offer advice and to get an idea of how we might work together.
Concessions are available for students and those on low incomes.
How I can help you
I am an experienced creative psychotherapist. I have worked with grief, bereavement, anxiety, anger, defiance and self-harm. I am experienced working with neurodiversity, and with behavioural and relational difficulties. I can help manage emotions, mental well-being challenges, and improve family, education and social relationships. I offer support in developing confidence, coping strategies and emotional resilience.
